DescriptionExplore components of a fitness plan through practical experience and instruction with emphasis on aerobic and anaerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and nutrition. The course is modelled around the Army Physical Readiness Training (PRT) Program. For participating students who are not in the ROTC program, the Army PRT Program offers a different approach to fitness and fitness assessment. May be repeated for a maximum of 4 hours credit. Laboratory 4 hours. General Education, Health and Wellness.
